About Me
My background combines sport, fitness, health education, personal development, and real business experience. I played football for many years, trained with professional discipline, experienced competition, pressure, victories, defeats, injuries, and the need to keep moving forward even when things were difficult.
Fitness became another important part of my life. I trained naturally for years, built my body through consistency, and learned how discipline, recovery, nutrition, habits, and mindset influence physical form and general well-being.
I also have practical experience in online business, personal branding, consulting, digital products, entrepreneurship, and investment-related projects. This helped me understand responsibility, risk, pressure, decision-making, money management, and long-term thinking.
My own path included challenges, mistakes, emotional pressure, burnout, personal transformation, serious sports injuries, and deep inner work. I studied different personal development approaches, worked with psychologists and coaches, explored Gestalt-based methods, and built my own practical view on discipline, self-awareness, lifestyle, and resilience.
I know what it means to win and lose, to fall and rebuild, to face pressure and continue. That is why my guidance is based not on empty motivation, but on real experience, structure, honest feedback, and practical support.

I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Human Health and a Master’s degree in Physical Therapy and Occupational Therapy.
My experience combines professional education, many years of sport and fitness practice, personal recovery experience, wellness education, and practical work with lifestyle, discipline, habits, and personal development.
